Return and cancellation policies.
All admission and event packages require a 7 day advance notice of
cancellation. Customer is entitled to a refund minus 5% processing fees.
All cancellations under the 7 day advance notice entitle the customer a
refund minus 20% processing fees. Any cancellations made under 24 hours
of scheduled events are nonrefundable.
All merchandise returns and refunds must be shipped back to:

Merchandise must be returned in the condition it was received and be
able to be sold again unless the merchandise was received with defects
or flaws. The customer is entitled to a full refund excluding any
shipping costs.
